Terms of Service

All information, including images and text, on this web site is the property of the company. You may print portions of our site providing that you and anyone you give such information to agrees to adhere to our policies. By accessing, browsing, purchasing through or using the site, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms.

These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements or correspondence between the buyer and the company.

Refunds and Guarantee

The company offers a money back guarantee on any items that the buyer is not entirely happy with.
The guarantee is subject to the following terms:
1.The goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
2. The company receives email notification of the buyer’s intention to return the goods within 7 days of their arrival and that the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
3. The items returned must be well packed. Return postage is at the buyers cost. Any loss or breakages will be the responsibility of the buyer and will result in the guarantee being void.

Lost and Damaged Orders.

If the order goes missing or is damaged in transit please contact the company by email. Please do not dispose of the damaged goods as they will be required. The company must be notified of damaged goods within 24hrs of delivery and the damaged items returned within 7 days of delivery.

Nature of Goods

Unless specified, all goods are to be considered as ‘used’. This means that signs of wear and minor damage are likely to be present. We undertake to mention in item descriptions only those things that may be considered to be of major structural or aesthetic concern. Of course, we will supply detailed condition description on a by item basis on request. All dimensions and weights stated within product descriptions are approximate.

Application.

All original makers marks and labeling are to be disregarded. All products including those originally designed for exterior use are now for internal use only. IP ratings of products cannot be guaranteed and as such all products are to be treated as IP20.

The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.

Products.

It is by law that the company recommend that any electrical goods purchased from the company be properly tested and certified by a qualified electrician.

Liability.

The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.  The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct/indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer.

Ordering

The company is committed to providing the buyer with a secure and satisfying online shopping experience. The buyer can place your order by phone or e-mail.

Payment

Notwithstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full.
The company accept credit cards, personal and business cheques, international money orders and wire bank transfers.
Personal and business cheques must clear before shipping (5-7 working days).

Currency

The company only accept British Sterling (£ pound)

Summary

The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

For the purposes of this document
The ‘company’ refers to SkinFlint Ltd and SkinFlint Design Ltd.
The ‘buyer’ refers to the purchaser of goods and services
