Shipping and Delivery Information
The company are happy to ship items to anywhere in the world, either through our standard delivery option detailed below, or tailored to clients specific requests.
UK
All shipping within mainland UK (excluding areas within zones 2 and 3) and up to that of 30KG in weight is charged at £15.00 and an additional £2.00 for each KG thereafter. As standard all shipping to mainland UK (excluding areas within zones 2 and 3, detailed below) is guaranteed for delivery before 5.30pm the next working day on orders placed by 11.00am the previous day. All items are delivered on a trackable service. Tracking references can be provided, upon request.
All shipping to zones 2 (Highlands and islands of Scotland) and up to that of 30KG in weight is charged at £25.00 and an additional £4.00 for each KG thereafter. As standard all shipping to zones 2 is guaranteed for delivery before 5.30pm the next working day on orders placed by 11.00am the previous day. All items are delivered on a trackable service. Tracking references can be provided, upon request.
All shipping to zones 3 (Northern Island, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly) and up to that of 30KG in weight is charged at £30.00 and an additional £6.00 for each KG thereafter. As standard all shipping to zones 3 is guaranteed for delivery before 5.30pm the next working day on orders placed by 11.00am the previous day. All items are delivered on a trackable service. Tracking references can be provided, upon request.
If the buyer would like a separate delivery quote for a specific courier service, simply contact the company and let the company know what and where the buyer would like the item to be despatched to. The company will then provide a quote for the service.
Europe and Worldwide
Due to the nature of the products, there associated weights and volumetric sizes, price to European and worldwide addresses are on application. All international shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
It is possible to cancel an order providing the goods have not been dispatched. To do this, please quote your order number and any appropriate delivery reference numbers in writing. If the goods have been dispatched unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order.
