One of several collaborations with this established high street eatery. The outlet on Haymarket features our reclaimed Royal Airforce shades salvaged from 1930s aircraft hangers. Byron source good beef from Scotland, minced fresh every day, cooked so it’s pink, juicy and succulent, placed in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss and fanfare and served with a smile in a comfortable (well lite!) environment.
